Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. Your confirmation email includes a secure link where you can reschedule based on current availability. We recommend rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to keep all options open.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking time with no fee. Within 24 hours, availability may be limited for new bookings and changes.

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

Right after you complete Step 3 (Review & confirm), you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email with all details, including date, time, location, and any notes you added.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. During the guest & contact step, you can specify who the booking is for and add separate contact details so both you and the guest receive updates.
